Please review our refund policy before purchasing any FSSAI registration or consultation services.

All purchases made through MagicScale are final once processing begins. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where the issue was caused by a billing error on our end.

Strict No Refund Policy

Once your application processing begins, purchases are final.

MagicScale provides FSSAI compliance guidance, consultation, and application processing services.

Due to the nature of licensing services where professional time, effort, and government fees (if applicable) are immediately deployed upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable once our team starts processing your file.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not issued for application delays or government rejections.

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:
  • You changed your mind after making the payment.
  • You fail to provide the required KYC or business documents.
  • Your application is delayed or rejected by the FSSAI department.
  • You cancel your food business plan.
  • You fail to respond to our agents requesting necessary documentation.

Government processing times and approval decisions are entirely outside our control.

Refunds Only for Our Errors

Exceptions apply only when a billing issue is caused by us.

Refund requests may only be considered if:
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • A verified technical or payment processing error occurred on our end.

Any approved refund remains solely at the discretion of MagicScale after reviewing the circumstances. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
